Refactor SendMailSSL, rename 'stoping' to 'stopping',

- Refactor SendMailSSL into smaller portions and with proper exception handling (do not catch the Exception superclass and do not nest try-catch blocks; always pass on the exception type and message)
- Clean prose in config.yml
