- Create ConsoleLoggerFactory from which a separate logger can be created for each class
- Allows to support individual log level settings in the future

fca77b940f #1016 Deprecate MD5, SHA1, SHA512: no longer allowed for active use 
- Deprecate unsalted hashes: if such a hash is configured, move it to the legacy hashes setting to still support the existing hashes in the database but hash all passwords from now on with our default, SHA256.

0b4d7273f6 #427 Define registration type with two options - one configuring the 2nd argument 
- Split sole setting to two: one defining the registration type, and one defining what the register command should take as second argument
- Contains ugly code that will be fixed with a later issue

3a2aa05137 Fix settings migration using boolean from old property #927 
- ConfigMe's PropertyResource#getString only returns a String if the value is indeed a string, whereas Bukkit's FileConfiguration#getString will return whatever the value is as a string -> not a good idea to use PropertyResource#getString to get an old boolean property's value if it is still present

99b7b80f1d #450 Fix copying of JAR files to plugin folder 
- Create SettingsMigrationService#copyFileFromResource (inspired from CustomSettings)
- Use new method to copy missing files in plugin folder from JAR
- Create YamlFileConfiguration inside NewSetting: FileConfiguration object provided by JavaPlugin#getConfig() sets default values from the JAR's config.yml :(
- Change ConsoleLogger to take logger from plugin (work in progress)
